Alice Guittard is a transboundary ocean management specialist focused on the Black Sea. She has spent the past five years working with the BRIDGE Black Sea Project, supporting efforts to advance knowledge, strengthen regional collaboration, and help build a sustainable, climate-neutral blue economy across this shared marine ecosystem.
Her work contributes to initiatives that connect science, policy, and stakeholders across borders, including the development of digital ocean tools, regional observatories, and collaborative living labs designed to improve coordinated management of the Black Sea. Through these efforts, she focuses on enabling cooperation across countries and improving decision-making for shared waters.
